BuyChimes sells wind chimes from U.S. manufacturers that repair/offer replacement parts on their chimes. Most chimes come with a limited warranty from the manufacturer, however, those warranties usually don't cover normal wear and tear. We are not aware of any chime manufacturer that offers a lifetime guarantee or warranty on their wind chimes.

The good news, however, is whether or not your chime qualifies for a warranty-related repair, the chimes that we sell can all be repaired by their manufacturer. Manufacturers will only repair their own chimes. For many chimes manufactured overseas, it can be very difficult to find someone to repair them.
