My niece passed away, so my sister (her mother) and I bought three of these chimes. We love the sound, I think that's a new sound. And, I had a problem with one of the "sails" on one of the three chimes, but the sellers answer email quickly or call you to get the problem fixed.. Wonderful company and I love the chimes. I have an area in my back yard where I have memories of my loved ones, and this is a wonderful addition.
