Remember being on a super fast sled on a perfect snowy hill and you're just flying down?! That's how this holiday season feels to me. With Christmas right on the heels of Thanksgiving, everything is speedy and condensed: shopping, shipping, merry-making, whew!

My guess is that you might just feel the same! Be assured that we're happily here to help you meet those holiday deadlines!  Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but if your wind chime is engraved and personalized, please remember that we may need an extra day here and there to get custom orders ready!  We appreciate your patience and generous spirit.

We encourage all orders to be placed by Monday, December 16 for a no-problem, it'll get there by Christmas delivery, particularly for orders shipping to states west of, and including Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. All orders are carefully reviewed and prioritized, so that ALL orders get there by December 25, when possible.

The last shipping day before Christmas will be Friday, December 20, 2019, because of the major holidays falling mid-week this year. Shipping will restart on December 26, 2019.
