Great gift chimes

Folks often call in to BuyChimes (open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday-Friday!) looking for a recommendation on a good chime to gift to someone. Here are a few tips we give them:

1. Listen to a few chimes in your price range, find one or two that sound great to you, then look at the size. You can then look across brands/names to find the same size/same sound chimes. That way you'll easily be able to find a design that matches the sound you like.

2. Pick a neutral color if you don't know what color would match their home/garden.  Copper Vein, Bronze, Green and Black are popular, wise choices.

3. And finally, be sure the person has an outdoor space for a chime. Some condos have HOA rules that don't allow for chimes. If that does happen, just call us, we'll be happy to work with you on a return.

Several popular chimes for gifts are:  the Corinthian Bells 27-inch chime, the Corinthian Bells 36-inch chime, the Shenandoah Melodies 35-inch chime, the Bells of Vienna 32-inch chime, and  the Festival 30-inch chime. These are all easy to hang, and come in a variety of sounds and colors.

Personalized, custom engraving is offered on all chimes at the affordable cost of $10-$15. And THAT personal note is when a good chime gift becomes great!
