I confess: I'm one of those people that likes things to be lined up, matched, and completed.  I like even numbers, rhyming words, and will trim the edges of the cut brownies in the cake pan...just because.  I've let the minutes tick by on the clock from 5:58 am to 6:00 am just so I can get up on the hour. (The worst is when I miss it and it's 6:01!)  I'm just a little weird when it comes to stuff like this. My sons would say more than a little - but of course they would, they're teens.

So, when BuyChimes began dreaming a year ago of new, out-of-the-box, creative engraving designs to complement two of the most popular wind chime brands that we sell (Corinthian Bells and Shenandoah Melodies), I could hardly contain my pleasure. I still can't. Imagine, beautiful designs that follow the graceful curves and lines of the circle wind sail. What could be better than a circle?!  No corners, all even, no extra edges to trim off, and we'll engrave on both sides of the circle - perfect.

We call these designs "Encircled," which refers to the circle shape of the wind sail on the Corinthian and Shenandoah chimes. But Encircled also refers to how the designs and a personalized message can encircle the chime recipient, like two arms together in a hug. A gentle hug for losses. A giddy hug for weddings. A fierce hug for tough times. A happy hug for new babies and families and homes. Our hope is for Encircled designs to be a positive and kind way to love each other, no matter what.
