How to Order

To place your order online, add the items to your shopping cart. To begin the payment process, click the Check out button, then follow the instructions on each page. Buying is easy and secure. You don't have to download software to shop here, and our secure server protects your credit card information. After you order you will receive confirmation by email. For all product and ordering inquiries, use our Contact us page. You can also place your order using our printed order form (see further below). Your questions, comments, and feedback are VERY important to us! For the FASTEST response to your questions, please use the contact form and include your Order number (if applicable).

Credit card sales

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your credit card purchases are processed securely and safely on our SECURE web server. We charge your card the day we ship your order.

Sending chimes to multiple addresses

Separate orders must be used to send wind chimes to multiple addresses. We have created the member login to assist you in this process. By registering as a BuyChimes member, your user information will be remembered for each order. This will save you from having to type in information multiple times.

International Orders

For customers wishing to ship to outside the United States, to place your order, please contact us. We will give you a shipping quote and handle your order manually. You will not be able to use the check out feature of our website to complete the order.

Checks and money orders

You can add items to your cart and proceed through our checkout process and select "Check" as the payment method, enter the check number you are paying with, and when finished, print the resulting invoice and mail it. (Note: This is not an electronic check payment service, but an option to pay with a personal check or money order the old-fashioned snail mail way.) You can also order over the phone. Send your check or money order, made payable to BuyChimes, LLC, include your BuyChimes Order number, and mail to this address:
