Purchasing and Redeeming Gift Certificates

To purchase via our website, begin by filling out the gift certificate information. Be sure to select the dollar amount of the certificate. Also include the way you want to inform the recipient (by mail or email) and supply the needed information. Once it's filled in, click the Add to Cart button. Proceed to check out as you normally would. When finished, we will send you an email with the complete details of the certificate along with a link so you can view/print it.

If you wish order via credit card over the the phone, contact us. We can also issue certificates of specialized amounts if you don't see the amount you want in our available options.

Redeeming a certificate

To redeem a gift certificate, shop at our website, add one or more chimes to your shopping cart. When checking out, at the top of the page prompting for payment information, enter the certificate key in the field and click the Redeem button. The amount or partial amount of the certificate is subtracted from your total at the bottom of that page. Any remaining balance is retained, and you can use the same key for subsequent purchases until the certificate expires.
