We've set up the sounds files to work easily for the majority of customers. Although, we know there is a small number of customers who experience difficulty hearing the sounds from one version of the web browser Internet Explorer. We apologize for the inconvenience if you can't hear the sounds; we know how important that feature is!
We recommend several ways to play the sounds:
1. Try upgrading your version of Internet Explorer.
2. Try using a different web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari. We have not noticed difficulties with these browsers.
3. Listen on another device: the files are set up to work on all mobile devices, such as an iPad, Kindle, Android phones, etc.
